Starting and ending at the Weston Library, this popular tour will take you on an entertaining journey that reveals the secrets of this historic city.
Developed by the Bodleian Libraries in partnership with the Oxford Guild of Tour Guides, this tour is delivered by qualified and accredited guides.
You will see:
- the Divinity School, Oxford University's oldest teaching room.
- the beautiful exteriors of the Bodleian Library and the Radcliffe Camera.
- the historic streets surrounding the central Bodleian site.

- Your ticket includes entry to the Divinity School after the tour.

You can buy tickets for this tour in advance or on the day of the tour.
Advance tickets
50% of tickets for this tour are available online in advance. Advance tickets are released on the 1st of the month for tours in the following month. Tickets are now available for August and September.
Tickets on the day
50% of tickets are only available on the day of the tour. These are available to buy:
- Off-peak days (Monday – Friday in September – June): from 9am online and in person from the Weston Library ticket desk.
- Peak days (July – August and on Saturday and Sunday): in person from the Weston Library ticket desk only.
